You need to understand that you should be in a habit to be more careful of your hair especially if they are wet because your hair is softer and breaks easily and pulls off easily if it is wet. In place of rubbing the towel on your head to dry your hair, pat your hair to dry it off; also do not use blow dryer on a daily basis, you can use it from time to time but using it every day can cause some serious damage to your hair.
Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables, and add to it with natural supplements like Provillus, Vitamin C, Vitamin E, and the likes. Provillus can effectively stop the progress of dihydrotestosterone that disturbs the process of hair growth. If you’ve ever bump into a person who is sick with something, chances are there’s a physical sign of it someplace. Avoid using forceful dandruff shampoo; a lot of what is being said about dandruff shampoo is just a misconception and not absolutely accurate. You should understand and listen only to what experts say which is anti-dandruff shampoos can only control dandruff a little and cannot entirely stop dandruff from returning, nor can it completely get rid of dandruff.
Better care of your hair should not be so complex to make it effective; proper diet, exercise and taking food supplements plus knowing on how to better take care of your hair is just what you need to have a healthy, and strong hair.
